The cause might be because the voltage regulator chosen has noise or voltage drops, or the soldering was not done properly. The drops were not visible using a multimeter. This project allowed us to expand and enforce our knowledge on FreeRTOS and LPC1758 serial communication. We also learned how to use a MIDI decoder. If we were to add to the project, we would add LEDs to light up with activated sensors and implement a way to play multiple sounds at the same time.
